SEA URCHIN
Como soy de probar cosas y comidas de todo tipo, este domingo mi chico y yo nos fuimos a probar la nueva propuesta del Restaurante Balthazar en Barcelona: el Vermut Time de los domingos. En este caso trajeron una cantidad limitada de unos deliciosos erizos de mar que, he de decir, no había probado nunca! Tienen un sabor a mar muy muy peculiar, me gustaron mucho! Además aprovechamos el buen día para sentarnos en su terracita que es una monada, como todo el local, vaya, e hicimos unas fotos. Bueno, estoy esperando su próximo Vermut, a ver con qué me sorprenden!

As I a person who like to try new things and foods of all kinds, this Sunday my boyfriend and I went to try the new proposal of Balthazar's Restaurant in Barcelona: The Vermouth Time Sunday. In this case, they brought a limited amount of delicious sea urchins, I have to say, I had never tasted! They have a very peculiar sea flavor, I really liked! Also took advantage of the nice day to sit on their terrace, that is as cute as all the place, and took some pictures. Well, I am waiting for their next Vermouth, to see with what they surprise us!

Vuelvo con el azul marino! He de decir que pese a ser de negro, el color azul marino me parece una alternativa muy elegante también! Esta vez, un abrigo y una falda en este tono, combinado con una blusa blanca. Blanco y azul marino siempre da buen resultado, no? RUFFLES
Hoy os enseño otro tipo de estilo que también me encanta y que suelo llevar poco. Hablo del estilo romántico, que se caracteriza por sus prendas de colores claros, con detalles como los volantes, los lazos, las formas infantiles... La blusa que llevaba ese día es de SHEINSIDE, y no me puede gustar más la forma que tiene. Acentúa la silueta femenina, estrechando la cintura y ensanchando las caderas, lo que proporciona un aspecto tipológico de reloj de arena en su forma, por lo que es ideal para chicas con poca cadera o con cuerpo estilo rectangular. Los taconazos en color rosa palo son de Forever21, me los compré en Londres el año pasado, y el bolso es de la tienda online Nelly. Espero que os guste! Besazos!

Today I show you another type of style that I do like I lot and that I am not used to wear. I'm talkind about the romantic style, which is characterized by its clothes in soft and neutral colors, with details as the ruffles, the bonds, the infantile forms... The blouse that I was wearing this day is from SHEINSIDE, and I cannot love it more, cause of the shape that it has. It accentuates the feminine silhouette,narrowing the waist and widening hips, what provides a shape of a sand clock, wich is very attractive, therefore this style is ideal for girls with few hip or with a rectangular body shape. The high high heels in pale pink color are from Forever21, I bought them in London last year, and the purse is from the o-line shop Nelly. I hope you like it! Big kisses!

ALL RED
Me encantan los vestidos, tanto en verano como en invierno. Por eso este vestido de Sheinside es ideal para esta última época del año, por su tejido grueso pero tan cómodo. Llevaba tiempo buscando uno así en rojo, con un corte muy femenino y que pudiese llevar con chaquetas encima. Lo combiné con una perfecto de efecto cuero, mi collar (ahora) preferido de Zara y mis sandalias de Topshop. Y a juego, cómo no, los labios rojos!
I dresses, both in summer and in winter. That's why this Sheinside's dress is ideal for the latter season, for its thick but so comfortable textile. It has been a while that i was looking for one in this shape in red, with a very feminine cut and that could go with jackets above. I mixed it with one leather effect jacket, my (now) beloved necklace from Zara and Topshop's sandals. And to match, of course, red lips!

SHOPPING OUTFIT + TRAVELANDCAKE
Hola, chicos! Cómo ha ido la semana? Y las rebajas? Ya sabéis que, ante todo, hay que tener muuuucha paciencia y asumir que las prendas que te gustan no estarán en tu talla en muchos momentos :-p! Qué drama! Y, sin salir del tema "rebajas" hoy os enseño un tipo de look que suelo utilizar mucho para estas jornadas largas de compras. Un look urban sport, cómodo, ante todo. Mis nike, un bolso grande, unos jeans o pants, jersey y abrigo; sin muchas capas, que si no en el probador es una odisea!
El otro día, tras ir de compras, paramos un momentito por el Travel&Cake, del grupo Cup&Cake y Brunch&Cake, del que ya os hablé hace unos meses. Bueno, no sé si apreciáis la buena pinta de los donuts que hacen... el mío era de caramelo y filipinos blancos y el de mi chico de tarta de queso y oreo... impresionantes! Además el local, en la línea de los otros, es una monada!

Hello, guys! How went the week? And sales? Don't forget that, first and foremost, you must have lots of patience and assume that the garments you like will not be in your size in many moments : -p! What a drama! And, without leaving the sales subject, today I wanted to show you a type of style that I like to use a lot for these long hours of shopping. A urban sport outfit, comfortable, first and foremost. My Nike, a shopping bag, a pair of jeans or pants, jersey and coat!
Also, the other day, after shopping, we stopped a moment by the Travel&Cake, from the same group who runs the Cup&Cake and the Brunch&Cake; which i already talked about a few months ago. Well, I don't know if you appreciate the good taste of the donuts in the pics... but they were amazing... mine was of caramel and white Filipinos and my boy's, cheese cake and oreo... impressive! In addition, the place, in line with the other twoo, is a cutie!

Para acabar, os dejo con parte de un artículo que leí en la web de OCU, donde os explican algunos de los derechos que tenemos los compradores en cuanto a compras de rebajas se refiere. Para que no os queden dudas al respecto! Un besazo!!
¿Pueden vender en rebajas productos peores que habitualmente?
- En rebajas los productos no pueden ser defectuosos o deteriorados, ya que rebajas no son saldos, promociones o liquidaciones.
- Tampoco deben ser productos fabricados expresamente para este tipo de ventas.
- Los productos rebajados deben estar correctamente etiquetados, y mostrar su precio original y el nuevo precio rebajado. También pueden sustituir esta información por el porcentaje de reducción de precios en cada producto.
¿Pueden exigirme distintas condiciones, por ejemplo en el pago?
- El establecimiento es libre de modificar su política de ventas en periodo de rebajas (por ejemplo, puede adoptar otras medidas en relación con el pago con tarjeta, de la devolución del producto, de la posibilidad de recuperar el dinero, del plazo de aceptación de cambios…) ¡Pero debe informar claramente al consumidor!
- Debe admitir tarjetas si así ocurre en temporada normal, y los mismos medios de pago que el resto del año, y si no es así debe advertirlo o retirar el aviso que anuncia que se acepta su uso. Comprueba si en el establecimiento hay indicaciones expresas para la época de rebajas en relación con la aceptación o no del pago con tarjeta: si no te la admiten pero en el establecimiento aparece la indicación, reclama.
- Los productos nuevos tienen su garantía. Y esto es así tanto si están rebajados, como si no: se mantienen las mismas condiciones de garantía y servicio postventa que en periodos normales.
Si no me gusta un producto ¿puedo cambiarlo?
Si el producto que deseas cambiar está en perfecto estado, el establecimiento no está obligado a cambiarlo (salvo si así lo anuncia o publicita expresamente). La mayoría de los comercios lo hacen, pues es una buena practica, pero no tiene porqué devolverte el dinero: pueden cambiarlo también por otro artículo o un vale. Si el producto tiene algún defecto, el establecimiento sí tiene que cambiártelo y devolverte el dinero.
¿Puedo exigir que me devuelvan el dinero?
Sólo si es un producto que no esté en buene stado, que tenga algún defecto: en ese caso se entiende que el producto no está conforme al contrato y el comerciante tiene la obligación legal de devolver el dinero.
